We ship with either Royal Mail, UPS, and DPD on all domestic and international orders. Our online shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the weight of the items you have selected.

Shipping costs are displayed before you finalise your order and shipping rates are calculated by weight to a maximum of 100kg for all items purchased online.

Free Shipping (Available to most (UK) Mainland Post Codes).

We are offering free shipping on orders with a total weight of over 15kg and over (UK Mainland Only) or for orders over £60.00

Shipping (UK) Mainland

Orders weighing between 60g up to 2kg, we ship via Royal Mail second class mail.

Orders weighing between 2.001kg - 100kg we ship via DPD/UPS.

Shipping (EU Countries & Rest of Europe)

Orders weighing between 60g and 2kg, we ship via Royal Mail (Air Mail).

Orders weighing between 2kg and 100kg we ship via (DPD, Interlink, and other selected couriers).

Please note all parcels going to Romania through the Royal Mail service have to be sent Internationally Signed for to allow the parcels to be tracked. There is an additional fee for this depending on the weight and size of the parcel. This is to reduce the risk of parcels going missing. If parcels are not tracked then we will not be able to fulfill these orders and a full refund will be awarded back to the customer.

Orders weighing between 60g and 2kg, we ship via Royal Mail (Airmail).

Orders weighing between 2kg and 1000kg we ship via (DHL, Parcelforce, and selected couriers).

Delivery Schedule

Your total delivery time is our processing time plus shipping time. Most orders ship within 48 hours but please allow 3-7 working days to receive your order. (Exceptionally larger orders can take up to two weeks.)

International orders are shipped weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and take 5- 10 working days for delivery.

Next Day

Next day service is available during working days only Monday - Friday.

Orders must be received before 1 pm to allow for processing time.
